WMNride holds responsibility to securely process your personal data that are collected in connection with our activities. We collect and use the following information as part of our business activities:

2. Why and on what basis do we use your data?

  • To identify you as a WMNride member and implement your legislation to participate in WMNride activities.
  • To send corporate information needed to inform you about developments within WMNride
  • To send information about WMNride activities to serve you within your right as a member (ride information, tips, special deals, …); this will be done by a monthly newsletter from which you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • We ask your permission if we were to carry out further processing of your data for a purpose other than those described in section 2.

3. Limitation of the use or transfer of your personal data:

  • Your personal information will not be shared with third parties, unless this is needed to process your order (e.g. name registration for delivery in a clubhouse). The data related to your payment are only collected and processed by an external operator – Stripe.

4. How long do we keep your personal data?

  • The retention period is the duration of the contract defined by your membership, which is one year from the date of purchase, to which the statutory limitation period of claims under this contract is added, unless legal and regulatory derogations require a longer or shorter derogation period. Once this period has expired, your data will be deleted from our systems.

5. What are your rights and how can you exercise them?

In accordance with the applicable regulations, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: You can get information about the processing of your personal data and get a copy of this data.
  • Right of rectification: If you believe that your personal information is incorrect or incomplete, you can request that the data be modified accordingly.
  • Right to delete: You can request to remove your data within the limits of the law.
